Rowan Sports Therapy Cancellation Policy
Confirmation emails or text messages containing the time and date of your appointment may be sent at the time of booking. However, you are responsible for attending your appointment and giving us appropriate notice for changes and cancellations.
The above applies for in clinic and mobile visits (e.g. at your home or office). However, you may also be charged an additional demurrage fee of £10 to cover the loss of travel expenses (mobile visits only).
When you book an appointment, we allocate you an appropriate period of time that can be very difficult to re-allocate at short notice and can be severely detrimental for a small business and as such, we require a 50% deposit payment at the time of booking. Therefore, we ask you to give us at least 48 hours' notice if you cannot attend or wish to re-arrange your appointment.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy for appointments and will charge you for missed appointments as below:
More than 48 hours' notice: No fee.
24-48 hours' notice: 50% of the deposit retained.
Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the deposit retained.
No notice/missed appointment: 100% of the deposit retained and required to pay the outstanding balance plus the demurrage fee.
Monies owed back to you on cancellation will be paid within 14 days of your notice to cancel.
You may wish to rebook your appointment, and any monies owed to you can be used for full or part payments for this purpose.
Repeated missed appointments may lead to the refusal of our services. Rowan Sports Therapy
