**It is highly recommended that new clients undergo the initial assessment first. This is so you can get the most from your treatment. As a new client, you will still have to undergo a medical and lifestyle screening at your first appointment, this is for your own safety and will take time from your massage.

(I now offer both in-clinic and mobile service; mobile massages can be carried out in your home or workplace. You must have room for me to set up my massage couch and have sufficient room for me to work).

• 100% Payment is required at the time of booking
• *Block booking, You do not have to book all six sessions in advance. Pay for six, receive a 10% discount and book each session as required.
• Refer a friend: You will receive a £5 discount on your next booking on the conditions that your friend mentioned your name on their initial booking and has attended their appointment. You will receive an email or text confirming the referral has been completed and that your discount can be applied.
• Please remember to read the cancellation policy before booking.
• BLC and DDS Card discounts. You must inform Rowan Sports Therapy that you are the holder of either a BLC or DDS at the time of booking.
• You must show your BLC or DDS Card along with any relevant ID at the beginning of your appointment.
